Yes John, there is a story. This was just before a ground breaking ceremony for the 52nd Habitat For Humanity house in our area. I intend to help build this and two other Habitat houses here this summer. The foundation hole may be dug today.
Top one looks like a shell game and the bottom one looks like a ground-breaking. Oh, I just read your comment. I was right. That hasn't happened in a long time! :) Best wishes on your work for Habitat!
I really dig that second photo :-)
ReplyDeleteIs there a story behind this?

ReplyDeleteTwo fine photos. I love the variety of shovels (and also John D. Linn's comment!)
ReplyDeleteAnother interesting pairing, Taken.
ReplyDeleteVery cool shots!
ReplyDeleteLove that second shot. It is unique...one of a kind. The shells are pretty, but the shovels are my favorite. genie
ReplyDeleteGreat shots - and I "dig" the second one, too!
ReplyDeleteGostei da explicação sobre a segunda foto, é mesmo instigante e adorei saber do ótimo propósito. Um abraço!
ReplyDeleteTwo nice pictures, interesting pairing and fine b&w.
