I'm with John. What a delight this is to see Mt. Rushmore from an entirely new perspective. I'm guessing you did some mountain climbing/hiking.
Re your question: I think the horse was saying "Get me outta here!" But I wasn't quick enough with my response 'cause I'm not fluent in Ocala Horse Language and I'm sure he got frustrated 'cause just after I took the picture he turned away and mumbled "What a horse's ass!" in plain English!

Those thoroughbreds can be pretty salty sometimes. Always best to approach them with a carrot or two.
