You've got some pretty wild bagels up in them thar parts...could be in a rodeo! And bicycles up in the air. What won't they think of next. I put air in my bike tires. :)
Were these in Texas? 'Cause they say that EVERYTHING is bigger in Texas! Ha ha! Love the signs!
No, both signs are in Rapid City, South Dakota, a state with just over 700,000 people and 2.6 million cattle. This is ranch country.
I especially like that bagel sign! It's a real hoot.

love the bike sign - thanks for the comment on Stockport DP but note "highway speed" in town approaching a roundabout is probably between 10mph and stationary.
