No, both signs are in Rapid City, South Dakota, a state with just over 700,000 people and 2.6 million cattle. This is ranch country.

ReplyDeletelove the bike sign - thanks for the comment on Stockport DP but note "highway speed" in town approaching a roundabout is probably between 10mph and stationary.
