I do remember Bob's Big Boy burgers. I remember the graphics more than the food. There were several around Cleveland when we lived there. Think these signs are at least from the 1950s.
It is a method of cooking chicken using hot oil and high pressure. The equipment is sold only to commercial food businesses. Given the heat and pressure, the chicken cooks quickly with a crunch breaded crust. It was invented in the 1950s and has become popular around the world, especially in the Middle East and across the U.S.
