      Hi Grace and Lowell. No hand pump. The Doodle Bug was built on a Fairbanks-Morris service car, so it is fully motorized and goes just fine. It will take 10-12 passengers comfortably.

      Make that Fairmont Service Car, also called Track Maintenance Car, or just Putt-Putt. They have been replaced by pickup trucks with flanged wheels lowered to the track.
