    Not a parking lot. Sculpture is along Philips Avenue in Sioux Falls. Lots of people walk here.

    And how would we know that was a "Dakota" moon other than the howling wolf? Super sculpture!

      Hi Lowell. Thanks for the visit and comment. It's only a "Dakota" moon because the label says so, and the animal is a coyote, the state animal of South Dakota. Wolf? Not around here.

      These are in downtown Sioux Falls, SD along Philips Ave and along cross streets.
