A giant-sized jackrabbit! :-D - makes me laugh, yes. Thanks.
We all need a good laugh. There is something humorous about Jack Rabbits.
And then I found this:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Rabbits_and_haresI am not sure about the difference between hares and jackrabbits ... I think we don't have jackrabbits in Europe ...
Hares and Jack Rabbits are much the same. Similar animals with different names. They are larger and faster than bunnies or cottontails. Jack Rabbits live across South Dakota, but are not seen daily as they are shy animals.
Ok, now I see what's up. Conversation pieces for sure.
And it works! See, we are conversing right now. Thanks for the visit and comment. Keep smiling.
Oh he's adorable -- we love outdoor art as you may know (this one looks like he could live in the sculpture garden in Loveland CO and be very happy!
Large jack rabbits are happy living on prairies with plenty of grass and few coyotes who are very fast.
With ears and feet that big it's hard not to at least smile. :)
