    Great picture! Some serious grain elevators for loading onto trains. Opposite here--- the trains arrive full of grain, which is loaded onto ships which head downriver on the Columbia to the Pacific.

      Yes, this is a major grain producing area. Every small town along the RR has a large elevator.
