For some unknown reason grain elevators fascinate me.

That is a very large operation. I've not seen one of those in a number of years. I've never seen one in Florida. You're more likely to find grain alcohol than a grain elevator here! :)
We also have ethanol alcohol plants using gain to produce millions of gallons of alcohol for fuel.
There are so many of them. There are some here downtown by the lake that they keep talking about turning into a hotel!
