This bike comes full circle. It is a fat tire bike inspired by Fat Tire Ale which was named after a fat tire bike.

Funny when I quick read your text I thought a flat tire bike. A very common happening here in the Netherlands but no. Indeed something else.
ReplyDeleteYes, I see more and more of these - which go back to my childhood. They have fenders, too. One problem with this bike is that it has no gears and I find gears very necessary when riding hilly country around here.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was young I had an intermediate one--- not fat like Schwins, etc, and not skinny like what we called "British Bikes". I liked it. Nice shot.
