This is visually appealing, but I sure can't figure out what work those big structures are supposed to be doing.
You asked about whether I have a buffalo sculpture. Yes, I bought one on my first trip to Joburg three years ago. Mine is about 18 inches long and nicely carved. The "Big Five" are elephant, buffalo, rhino, lion and leopard, and I am only missing a good leopard.
What a calm place. Love the stones on the shorelines.
