My posts for the past couple months have come from our stay in San Antonio, Texas. While the winter is far from over, we are heading back north next week. Stay tuned.
Re your comment on Ocala: I like hot dogs, actually, but won't eat them knowing what they likely contain!
We have a friend living in North Dakota...she writes most every day so we are made aware of the frigid temps. Sounds very cold now. Maybe that's why she's heading to Florida and then Argentina. :-)
These pictures don't look like North Dakota...were you visiting elsewhere and I missed the explanation?

What a blast from the past. I love the old signs and building. Perfect for black and white.
ReplyDeleteNice line up of signs in the second shot.

Unusual name for a Hotel.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend, my friend.
Fine photos! Diony's restaurant is still in use, despite the boarded up higher windows. Is the sign all that's left of the Alpha Hotel?
ReplyDeleteThe Alpha Hotel is closed, but the building is still there in downtown San Antonio.
