    We have Jay and there is blue on them however they are not quite the same as your Blue Jay. Lovely shot

    We have two varieties where we live-- Stellar Jays (I believe your picture is one) and Scrub Jays. When you go to the areas around Mt. Rainier you can find Grey Jays who are without the blue coloration and who are far more likely to come begging to your picnic table next to your plate! Great picture.
