    I may be wrong, but I believe one may perceive the curvature of the earth, as the endless layer of clouds recedes into the distance? Eureka, even flatland once again proves Einstein correct, it is curved.

      Einstein was correct as far as he went. The flatland is always rolling, and time itself is curved.
