What beautiful winter shots. We are supposed to get our first snow on Tuesday, but I will not believe it until I see it. I did not know that farming was the most dangerous profession after coal mining. I did not now that, but I do know that over the last almost 40 years we have had friend who have been killed, lost limbs, and lost children. No wonder it ranks so high. Thank you so much for sharing that statistic with me. Next week I am going to post his old chicken house and the homeplace. It is empty now and so sad. We just drove up there today and I got out to take pictures. A friend plants the field and bales the hay.
Such gorgeous winter scenes, beautifully captured!
ReplyDeleteI also like the black and white version in the previous post.
Love that first photo . . . that patch of blue!

ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely...
ReplyDeleteLooks very cold, such a contrast to our heat here in Australia.
ReplyDeleteThere truly is beauty to be found in winter.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Taken. But, given my many decades of living in the north, I now find it most enjoyable to view the snow scenes from Florida.
ReplyDeleteAll I can think of is Brrrrr---but I do love the blue blue sky.
