    There is nothing better than freshly made bar-b-q...But a beef brisket. I have never heard of that, but I bet it is good.

      Beef brisket is the best of BBQ meats. Nothing like 24 hours of slooow cooking in a good hardwood smoke. Aaron Franklin is the top expert of Texas BBQ.

    Texas Bar-b-que is AMAZING!!!! I loved it when we lived there and could enjoy the brisket and the sausage from time to time. It is really an experience if done right.
