    that is what we call pylons though I understand the technical term is indeed towers.

    Thanks for the info on the power lines. Our daughter and family lived almost under some years ago and we lived about a block away at our first house in Ocala. I wonder if there are newer studies out by now?

    Lowell is completely wrong about the risk of cancer. There have been good studies that find essentially no risk of cancer from electromagnetic fields.
