This sculpture is on the south side of the Commercial Street Bridge over the San Antonio. It was place as part of the bridge constructed in 1915. The sculpture is by Waldine Tauch who was paid $1,000 by the San Antonio Express to complete the work. The two bowls were originally drinking fountains, but they have been disconnected long ago.
