No, this is Brookings, South Dakota where it's dark and cold this time of year.
These are cool night shots that you have taken!
I note you've been taking a lot of night shots lately. I hope that's not 'cause you've been thrown out of the house! Ha, ha, ha. Night shots are fun!
No, this is because it gets dark early, so I'm still out and about.
Great light in this photo.
I like those signs in the night .. I guess that when it's cold and dark, they must seem as lighthouses in the landscape !
I like it, but inquisitive minds want to know, what is brookings? Tom The Backroads Traveller
Beautiful light night shot. I assume this is not the town of Brookings on the Oregon Coast! Unless they got a new sign since we were there a couple of summers ago.
No, South Dakota. The red color is partly due to the brake lights of the car in front of me and the red stop light.
Very nice. It pops out in the night. My SIGNS, SIGNS
I always enjoy signs in the dark!
shines bright and highlights the snow
Just read your comment on Ocala. You would really enjoy the HITS event! Sounds like you had a very special horse 50 years ago!
The only Brookings I know is the Brookings Institution in Washington, a think tank. (Gawd, does anyone call them think tanks any more?)
Love the red color in the foreground.
