They do keep the beaches of our local lakes clean.
Sometimes the circle of life can throw you for a loop, like when the old man survives a heart attack but the newborn dies....
Haven't seen a pike for a long time, dead or alive. We used to fish for Walleye a lot in Minnesota. And Northerns, but I could never catch one of those!
Many lakes in Minnesota and eastern SD have large Walleye populations. Wonderful eating.

The thermometer in the car said it was 97 today, and tomorrow's prediction is for more of the same. Frozen? Only in your dreams and my freezer.
