These photos do take me back to growing up in Minnesota! I never felt comfortable ice fishing during the winter. I was one of those who believed that if something could go wrong it would; it ice could melt it would!
ReplyDeleteAnd I remember being out on a lake sloshing around on "thin" ice.
Excellent photos but I think those two ought to hightail it to dry land!
Fortunately, we don't have iced-over lakes in central Florida!
Lowell, couldn't agree with you more. The temperature when I took these photos was nearly 50 degrees, and there were big pools of water on top of the ice. Thanks for the visit and comment.
