Looks to me a big group. Is this in the middle of the country our more on the seaside?
ReplyDeleteThis is a small group of the huge White Pelican flock that spends the summer on these lakes. The lakes are located in South Dakota on the northern plains in the middle of the U.S.

ReplyDeleteThe Pelicans also hang out at Klamath Lake in South Central Oregon. They're fun to watch.

ReplyDeleteNice. White pelicans are seldom seen on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Not "never," but not common.
