I would not go down these roads without a high ground clearance 4x4 vehicle. When they say "minimum maintenance" the mean "No Maintenance". The signs are needed.
...we have lots of minimum maintenance roads here, but basically it means the the snow isn't plowed in the winter. They may run a grader over the road during the summer. Thanks for sharing, take care and stay safe.
