    I was a tad mystified by the vehicle on the bridge--- It looked like a tank at first. Then it looked like railroad equipment. Whatever it is, it's colorful!!

      That machine is a rail repair machine. It was following a much larger maintenance machine.

      Yes, this is Sioux Falls. The Stone is Sioux Quartzite.

    Interesting. That does look like a tank. The railroad maintenance vehicle that comes by here is basically a pickup truck with train wheels.
