Now that's just silly! Funny, though. Some years ago some folks found 500-600 year old Mammoth bones along our Silver River. Maybe those same people moved to your area and created this "decoration"?
Makes me think of going to the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles when I was a kid and later on with first grade classes when I was a teacher. - Margy
