    These old industrial buildings are currently empty, but they are located in NoDo (North Downtown), Omaha in an area favored by artists. They are ripe for redevelopment.

    You can't overstate things to those who are willing to believe that these are ice cream stands-- just cuz the leader says so. I like well labeled things :)
