    That's just scary. It seems I've seen several beautiful young women lately sprouting godawful tattoos ... it's really a shame and I'd be money they'll regret it in their later years.

    I do not know what chopper ink is but I bet it is involved in tattoo designs. Guess I agree with Lowell.

    It is beyond my comprehension, but I try my best to not make judgments when I see people who are festooned with such.... I Do like the sign, though.
