      No, Don't think so. That would be red and white. This is dark gray and white.

    I wonder what it means. Maybe it's a transport portal as on of the arrows on the traffic sign does say you can go straight ahead.

    This had to be a black and white photo! The lines and shapes are striking - and I see leaning lamp posts exist in places other than here.
