Model T Fords
The Model T Ford was selected among all cars as the most significant car of the 20th Century. This was by a panel of 130 automotive journalists representing 33 countries.
Did you ever ride in one. My grandmother's neighbor in northern Minnesota had one but I can't remember if I ever rode in it. Rode is several Model A's though.
Got to drive a Model T owned by a friend a few years ago. It is unlike any other vehicle. One must hold the clutch down to go and the throttle is on the steering wheel.
Stunning blak and white photos. Visiting from The weekend in B&W, Hilde http://stapjesonderweg.blogspot.be/2015/11/yes-its-fast-no-you-cant-ride-it.html

ReplyDeleteIt's great to see these old cars. Your choice of B&W here is perfect as well.

ReplyDeleteYou have got all three of us looking at cars now. Sadly it will be two years on the 11th. Since I had to give up driving. Still love the thing though.
ReplyDeleteAlways enjoy seeing old cars! Last year we happened upon an antique car ride stopped at Culver's. It's hard to beat old cars and good food.
