Two Crops
There are two differing views on wind shown here. The wind breaks are to slow wind blowing across fields. Not only does this make for comfort, but they also retard soil erosion from wind. The windmills harvest wind to produce electricity. The second crop is, of course, corn.
I agree with Fun60 - I recently visited a coastal location & couldn't get a good shot of the natural attractions without the turbines in the background. BUT ... I do like them out in the open against a blue BLUE sky!
We have wind turbines cropping up all over the place and for me they are becoming a blight on the landscape.
