Such a GREAT photo! I'm too scared to use B&W - I'm so dependent on colour - but when I see shots like this it tempts me to give it a go. Sometime.
I owe you a big apology for my absence - I haven't been blog-visiting for a LONG time for various reasons. I hope to make up for that now. Thank you also for buying my book - I hope it didn't disappoint you. At least you have the distinction of being one of only a few non-Aussies to own a book about Aussie loos! Have a great day, my friend, and I'll 'see' you again soon!
Wonderful view. I'm have posted black and white images today on my blog as well.

ReplyDeleteOur weather takes three or four days before it gets to you. Believe me, winter is coming.

ReplyDeleteI wish passenger trains ran on this track, but it is only freight, mostly grain cars.
DeleteOh, cold! Great lines, though.
ReplyDeleteWonderful !
ReplyDeleteI like it.

Great leading lines in this photo... but the snow... heard on the news about the terrible weather and snowfall in US!
ReplyDeleteStay warm:)
We are a long way from Buffalo, NY where nine feet of snow has fallen. We only have five or six inches.
DeleteI think I'll get on a train heading south!
ReplyDeleteNo passenger trains within about 300 miles of here. Must find other travel arrangements.

It's kind of "summertime" in Norway at the moment...
With no trains passing through. Very atmospheric. (And clever title.)
