Very thought provoking image there, especially when take with the title. I especially like the black and white conversion here, as it adds to one's interpretation of the image and title. Nice work!
I bet these inhabitants have a long trip to anywhere. Lots of BIG sky too.
Wonder how many viewers will notice the dead cow. It is subtle.
Seems like an odd thing to have in your yard!!
Yes, I thought it odd also, but the dead Angus is an indication of how brutal this winter was, perhaps it froze.
This is South Dakota! You simply never know.
Seems like a very secluded space. Prairie fits really well here.
Very interesting image. Perfect in black and white.
I did not see the cow at first. Do you suppose it froze and simply hasn't been buried yet? A very stark and eerie photo. But I must admit you're very funny. Had me laughing out loud...interest, credit, vault! Sheesh!
I love the way that dark stormy clouds really enhance the whiteness of buildings.. I confess I did not see the cow either, Sue is tres observant :)
Nicely shot. For me it's very reminiscent of Robert Adams.
Nice and interesting
