Hate fishing! But I'm grinning at these.
I particularly like the first one! I'm always hoping the same thing. ;-))
These are great and definitely made me smile! Thanks for visiting and leaving your nice comment on my signs entry.~Lindy
The fishing/catching line is pretty funny.
Good eye to see these.
Very funny! Reminds me of the old George Jones song with the line, "Every time I make my mark, someone paints the wall!"Six inches of snow! Holy crap! It was 85 here today and heading toward 90 tomorrow. Could be a hot summer!
I remember my father saying that second one whenever I complained of a slow morning in the boat.
The one about fishing is funny. I have been skunked many times.
My husband and I had a laugh at these signs. Good capture!
i'm grinning at these signs...tried fishing once, i was bored to death!:p
ha, funny finds!
are these two sides of the same sign board?still waiting for my ship.
Hi VioletSky. Yes, these are both sides of the same sign. Apparently it is an insurance salesman with a sense of humor. Thought the "sailing" reference was fine since I've been posting photos of sailboats from the Virgin Islands.
The top one, I hate to tell you, has more than figurative meaning to us....every time we step on or off our boat these days, we say a little prayer.
