ReplyDeleteYou are probably right. There are Rattlesnakes in this area, and they might come out to sun themselves on the warm sidewalk.

ReplyDeleteAs old as I am, it's only been in the last 20 years or so that our garden snakes don't bother me-- But we have no poisonous snakes in this part of the world. Also I've learned to really appreciate bees. Hornets, Wasps and Yellowjackets are a different matter, however.
