ReplyDeleteRCPE is the Rapid City Pierre and Eastern Rail Road. Goes from Rapid City to the Mississippi River.

ReplyDelete...the Orange engine is a give away that RCPE is part of Genesee and Wyoming, with Administration Offices in Rochester, NY. They own or maintain an interest in 122 railroads in the United States, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
