When I spent a winter in Duluth, more than 40 years ago, I was impressed by the skyways between many of the buildings in downtown Minneapolis. I presume this is similar.
ReplyDeleteWe have the same harsh winter weather as Duluth. This skyway goes from a parking garage to a hospital.
