- Currently retired and enjoying life.
It's not easy being green! By the way, away from urban areas, small towns aren't doing all that well anywhere. In the rural, agricultural areas, factory farms have replaced family farms. The small town we live in has become something of a bedroom community for larger towns to the south. If you go north, the towns are all pale shadows of what they were 60 years ago--until you approach the Seattle- Tacoma Metroplex.
