Now you've gone and gotten me all confused. I thought Papa owned a pizza parlor, but this looks like one of those places full of oil spills and grease and grubby overalls. Although I must say the exterior is surprisingly clean. Maybe it's just where Papa parks his cars.
The small print on the sign says "Classic Cars & Grandads". I suspect there are classic cars parked in there, but I have never seen them.

If there is one thing you beat us in Europe is with your cars and everything that goes with it.
Americans love their cars, but there is poor to no public transportation.
