      This is the Big Sioux River at the Sioux Falls that gives the city its name.

    That's a lovely spot! And well caught by you. I really don't know about the sign--- perhaps it has to do with the highway vehicles with RR wheel assemblies which are used by the BNSF (it's a combined BNSF and UP right of way).
