I guess this answers the questions... "where's the beef?"
ReplyDeleteYes, and it was delicious after about 9 hours in the smoker, and a rest of about half an hour. Went beautifully with smashed-grilled beets, caprese salad, and home made chocolate ice cream and cake for dessert.
