Great pictures! It looks like there is little development around this lake. Is it a part of a state park or other nature preserve? I've really enjoyed your lake shore pictures.
ReplyDeleteThis lake is at Oakwood State Park, a collection of seven lakes that was an Indian habitation site for thousands of years, and a pioneer settlement site. Ol'Spot Mortimer had a cabin there in the 1800s, and it is still there open for touring. It's a favorite place to go for a walk.
