While attending the Brookings Art Festival items and people catch my eye, but it isn't often the art being displayed. When did alligator calamari get to be fair food? Note that "calimari" is misspelled, there is no telling about people who serve alligator in the Midwest.
Not to mention the fact that "calamari" is squid, so what they are advertising is "alligator squid", which must be like a horse-cow.
