A very interesting diptych - together with the title it evokes an atmosphere of desolation and hopelessness. They won't pay and the glove will never be found and used again.
There is a certain hopelessness in both photos. These parents are not coming back, and the glove is forever lost, but it is hard to be depressed on such a beautiful June day.
Those on the "Wanted" poster have skipped their child support payments, and the Court is looking for them to collect. Doubt many went to Florida, but if you like, you are welcome to them. Note that on the two posters there are only two women.
