A couple of classic b/w pix here.
Cool industrial images. I particularly like the top one. Images like these always remind me of the work of Charles Sheeler.
Wayne, that's high praise to be considered in the same breath with Charles Sheeler. I hadn't thought of these images as "industrial" but of course they are. Industrial agriculture.
I like the way the clouds look above the storage bins.
A great post for Weekend in B&W! Nice composition!
Great b&w photos! Like the comp.
looks good in bw.
Another of your Ansel Adamsesque photos. Gorgeous tones.
Very intriguing!
The size of those grain bins is quite imposing! The bins create a sense of brooding drama in the landscape.
They make a great set of monochrome shots.
Great pictures you show. Thanks for the comment on my blog. Wishing you a good weekend. Hanne Bente / hbt.finus.dk
With the clouds hovering above the bins look like they are smoking cigars.
I like the patterns on the grain bins. I particularly like the sky in the first photo.
Yes, me too. It was looking east in the afternoon with the sun behind me.
strong images...really wonderful!
Great skys, best looking grain bins I have seen in years. Love the drama the black and white brings
