I don't know what RCPE is so I looked it up - and all I get is 'Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh'. I don't think that's it in this case!
A machine loc with cabin but difficult to see with that folded white roof with goes up in the sky white. Otherwise it would be a calf.
I never seen one of these before. Can't get any info on those letters. Interesting colour though.
That's what our freight train engines look like but instead they are BNSF---Burlington Northern Santa FeMB
This line use to be BNSF, then DM&E (Dakota, Minnesota, and Eastern), now Rapid City, Pierre, and Eastern. The locomotive is newly painted.
Now we know! These names seem very romantic from a UK perspective.
It is nicely painted up. So many look dirty all of the time!
...looks like a Genesee and Wyoming engine!
