  7. So important for all those in need, esp homeless veterans. Living near San Diego Camp Pendleton where veterans return and cannot fit into the society they left, we see many of them on the streets

    1. That is just sad given the service they have given the Country. I've spent the last 14 years working with Habitat on our local building crew.

  13. I apologize for visiting so late. Habitat for Humanity is such a worthy cause and this beautiful mural speaks to that. I love the hammer with a heart, which is what this organization is all about. Has Jimmy Carter ever visited there?
