    I've never quite understood why places that sell cooked pork always feature a cute anthropomorphic pig on their sign ... but they all do it! (I'm as fond of the occasional pulled pork sandwich as the next healthy woman, but it's just weird to be reminded of what you're actually eating.)

    Am I the only one who thinks that a pig licking its lips as a BBQ sign is creepy? I know it's not unusual, but still...

    I have a vegan friend that would throw up his hands in horror at this sign! It gets its message across, but is the pig smacking its lips in anticpation of a little taste of humankind?
