ReplyDeleteSummer has ended. It is Thanksgiving weekend here which always sees like the end of cottage visits.
ReplyDeleteThis combine is a John Deere X9 with an eight row corn head. With a different head it can also harvest soybeans. Depending on the model it has 630-690 hp and can harvest 75,000 to 100,000 bushels of corn a day. They cost $500,000 to $1,000,000 depending on which model and which accessories. They cost more than a Ferrari.

ReplyDeleteThis is the farmer's pay off for a year of raising crops. They would be happier if the price of grain would rise.
