The initial flight of the T-33 jet pilot trainer was in 1948, and its last service was when the Bolivian Air Force retired their T-33 in 2017 after 44 years. This aircraft had a long service as mostly a trainer and a reconnaissance aircraft. Several have even been privately owned. The Boeing Corporation owned two to use as chase planes last used to chase the initial flight of the Boeing 777. Actor Michael Dorn owned one. Lockheed Aircraft built 5,691 of the 6,557 produced. A total of 43 countries use this aircraft as a trainer. All are now retired. (Wikipedia)
