    1. Yogi, you are really fast. I just got this posted about two minutes ago. These signs must be 60+ years old, but they still work.

  2. What Yogi said... love these signs! Funny thing is I would not have much love if they were new, but being old and still working makes them special.

  3. These signs have to come from the 50s or 60s. Do you remember Bob's Big Boy hamburgers?

    1. I do remember Bob's Big Boy burgers. I remember the graphics more than the food. There were several around Cleveland when we lived there. Think these signs are at least from the 1950s.

  4. It looks like the Deluxe Hotel has seen better days. Yogi Berra was always good for a super quote.

    1. The DeLux would not be my first choice for a motel. Always liked Yogi Berra, and couldn't resist.

    1. It is a method of cooking chicken using hot oil and high pressure. The equipment is sold only to commercial food businesses. Given the heat and pressure, the chicken cooks quickly with a crunch breaded crust. It was invented in the 1950s and has become popular around the world, especially in the Middle East and across the U.S.
